Meditate with your yoni egg

It can be very valuable not to actively practice with the yoni egg, but simply to bring your attention to the place where your vagina surrounds the yoni egg. This can be a powerful method to create more awareness in your pelvic area, investigate trauma or relax your pelvic floor

It can be very valuable not to actively practice with the yoni egg, but simply to bring your attention to the place where your vagina surrounds the yoni egg. This can be a powerful method to create more awareness in your pelvic area, investigate trauma or relax your pelvic floor, especially if you also actively train. Furthermore, meditation with the egg can be a very valuable method for an overactive pelvic floor to consciously learn to relax and secondly to become aware of where the tension is in you and what it does to you when you bring your attention there. Be aware that it may be difficult to relax initially if there is a lot of tension in the pelvic floor. If relaxing is not possible (yet), simply bring your attention to the tension and try to bring your breath to the area of tension.

You do not have to believe in a scientific effect of the type of stone in the egg, it is about your intention and feeling about the egg. The presence of the egg can help you focus on your relationship with your pelvic area. Many meditations are possible. Above all, try to follow your own path and intuition. You can't do much wrong when meditating with a yoni egg ;-).

For inspiration, I have worked out a number of meditations below in a way that I find valuable.

The exercises below are quite spiritual in nature and require some imagination. If you feel resistance to this, I would like to invite you to open up with curiosity to your experience, perhaps including the resistance. In our Western culture we are not so used to spending time 'not doing', and participating in our experience without adding too much to it. Where you bring your attention, that is where you experience more intensely.

  • The exercises below assume that you have inserted an egg. You can also do the exercises without any effort, simply with your attention.
  • If you notice that the exercises build up too much energy in you (you can experience this as tension in your pelvic floor, or a restless feeling in your head or body), use the last exercise to relieve this tension. to be disposed of.
  • Or if you have a lot of energy in your head, concentrate on the part from the ‘fountain of youth’ where you let the energy drip/flow onto and around your body. Relax & feel the egg

See if you can locate the egg. If that doesn't work, imagine where you think the egg is. Allow the egg to be there and open to its presence. Open yourself to the energy or meaning that the egg has for you in this moment. Expand your breathing, and bring your breath with your attention to the contact with the egg. See if you can soften the tissue of your vagina that touches the egg, it helps to bring your inhalation towards the egg. and exhaling, relax around it so that the egg can touch deeper layers of tissue, then relax those layers of tissue, expanding this, and allowing the softness and receptiveness in your pelvic area to continue to expand, into your entire abdomen, sit bones and sacrum. When you feel your entire pelvic area relaxed, focus on how this intimate and sensitive area is safely embraced by your pelvic bones, and how you can relax in its shelter.

Simple Cleansing Breath – Heart & Connecting sex

  • Bring your breathing to your stomach, and place your hands on your lower abdomen. Breathe in such a way that you feel your stomach bulge a little under your hands, do this for a while until you feel that your breathing takes place naturally and relaxed in your stomach. Place your hands on your lower back, and here too bring your breath to your hands, while using your hands to support your attention. There may be a few more places you want to place your hands to invite expanded breathing into your pelvic area.
    Now bring your attention to the egg, or where you think it is, and relax that area. Then bring your breath towards the egg. Inhaling, let the area around the egg bulge in all directions, and exhaling, relax and let go. Do this for a while until you feel it comes naturally and starts to feel natural. If you work on it, be loving to yourself and make it smaller.
  • Now bring one or two hands to your heart, and do more or less the same in this area ;-). Breathe into the touch with your hands, give space to your breathing, now move your hands to different places on your chest, where you feel tension, possibly also your shoulders, and create space in your heart area by moving towards your hands again and again. to breathe. As soon as you feel there is space in your chest, rest your hands. Now bring your attention to your heart in your chest, and soften it, breathing into your heart. Then soften the area around your heart and breathe into it. Until you feel your breathing taking place in your heart area in a relaxed and joyful way. Breathe out through your heart in all directions and breathe in from all directions toward your heart. Do this for a while until you feel yourself relaxing.
  • Now we are going to connect the heart and pelvic area: Bring your attention to the egg, breathe in from there up to your heart area, from your heart, on the exhalation, bring your attention back to your pelvis. Imagine how healing energy flows up from the egg and the earth to your heart as you inhale. And as you exhale, let go of tension, thoughts, feelings that you don't need and let them flow into and through the egg, into the egg and into the earth.
  • Do this for as long as it feels comfortable for you.
    If you feel that you have meditated long enough, lie down for a while and do nothing, and let the meditation take effect and integrate. It is nice to place one hand on your abdomen and one hand on your heart when lying down.

Incorporating Healing Energy – Fountain of Youth

This meditation is a somewhat more extensive version of the above.

  • First concentrate on where you feel the egg, and allow the effect, energy and meaning you are experiencing now (without thinking about it). Make your breathing a little wider, towards your pelvic floor and thus create space in your experience and connection with the egg. Bring your attention to your perineum and relax this area. Imagine that there is an opening here that connects you to the earth.
  • Now begin to imagine that your inhalation is not coming through your nose or mouth, but through your perineum, and that as you inhale, a stream of cleansing clean energy flows up from the earth, through your perineum. In the upward flow, the egg is a kind of energy amplifier and intention giver of that breath flow. Let the current flow further up through your vagina, cervix and uterus, further up through the center of your body, through your heart and head up like a fountain through your crown, let the energy flow further up above your crown. After you have inhaled completely, start with your exhalation, during which you can allow the healing energy that has flowed through you to above your crown to descend. Let the energy descend as cleansing cool water drops on and around your body. And imagine how you and your aura are washed by this energy, and how everything you let go is washed away back into the earth to be transformed. On your next inhalation you absorb new energy from the earth, etc.
  • Do this for as long as feels comfortable, when you feel you have meditated long enough, lie on your back with your arms and legs slightly spread, and your palms and soles of your feet open.
    Round your hands on your abdomen to collect and store the energy.

Release

Breathe in through your heart, as if your breath is flowing in from all directions through your heart, and breathe out from your heart down to the egg. You can choose to let the egg absorb what you release and concentrate it in the egg. (It's nice to bury your egg in the earth to discharge after such a meditation), or you can imagine that your breath flows through the egg and further down into the earth through the force of the egg. See what feels right for the situation, your feelings and the egg in question. Quartzes are nice as a power amplifier, Nephrite, Jasper and Tiger's Eye are nice for storing energy.
